Miss Tourism World – REFUND POLICY
All payments for contestant registration, Franchise and other services are non-refundable.
2021 Ticket sales are proceeding on the assumption that social distancing restrictions will no longer be in effect. Alternatively, you may request a refund. This policy is in effect for this year only.
All ticket sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, see above 2021 Ticket Sales. No refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to cancellation of show beyond our control and/or inclement weather. For cancelled performances, replacement tickets during the current season only will be offered based on availability. Unused tickets may be tax-deductible.
Credit cards will be charged at the time the order is placed online.
Tickets may be exchanged up to 2 weeks prior to the performance date, subject to availability. Tickets previously purchased at a discount will revert to the current price once the promotion period has ended. The customer is responsible for the difference (if applicable). There is a minimum $10 per ticket fee for each exchange.
Missed performances will not be refunded or rescheduled without prior approval.
It is the responsibility of the patron to arrive early enough to find parking.
Miss Turismo Mundial (GLW Foundation) is a non-profit organization and does not approve of personal or commercial enrichment through the resale of Pageant tickets.
Ticket services, such as exchanges, reprints, and Will Call will not be extended to third party purchasers.
Purchasers who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their tickets and orders cancelled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
No children under the age of four will be admitted into the theater. Every patron must have a ticket and be able to sit throughout the entire performance.
